We first opened for business in 2002, and have been looking after businesses with their property rental requirements, ever since.

We offer a full range of offices ranging from small one person rooms to larger suites accommodating 15 or more occupants.

Leases, long, medium or short are available, or renewable rolling tenancies, whichever suits your need. Serviced or otherwise - it's up to you.

Rooms are furnished with or without office furniture. 

Each suite is cabled with cat5 and both wireless and fixed broadband is available throughout the building.

Telephone lines can be provided using the latest VOIP systems provided and looked after by us (although the numbers are fully transportable when you leave us), or if you prefer you can have installed your own telephone lines and equipment.

Most of our rooms are air-conditioned.
